CSA definition: Consumer Supported Agriculture. A box of fresh vegetables, meats and/or eggs is set up for regular delivery/pickup with the farmer directly from the farm to your pick up location or home. This helps the farmer better manage the funds and the fields, and helps the consumer be able to access the farm directly for fresh wholesome food. Spring, SUmmer, & Autumn
Our CSAs are available in late spring, summer, and autumn. (May 13 - October 14, 2023) We deliver within 1 hour of our farm in Indiana and have limited deliveries in the northwest suburbs of metropolitan Chicago. We also bring CSAs out to farmer's markets for customers weekly pickup.
What's in the box?!
A selection of at least 10 of our best seasonal harvest items, hand picked by farmers Daniel, Michael, and the team.
Vegetables as they ripen, may include wild ramps, garlic, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, potatoes, beans, salad greens, chards, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, eggplant, and more.
Occasionally we also include a bouquet of flowers to let you know how much we appreciate your support.
Eggs, Honey, Pickles, Salsa, Jelly, and Syrup may be extra pre-ordered and picked up with your CSA box at the market.
