Our eggs are laid by the best chickens a farmer could hope for. They are tenderly cared for by our team and are fed and watered well.  We feed our chickens an organic mixed grain with NON GMOS. We gather fresh eggs from their nests every day and bring them to the market directly from the farm.  Our eggs are washed, as per state regulations.  Therefore they must be refrigerated.
